Caroline Cooper Speaker Biography

Caroline’s business is Naturally Loyal, where she helps businesses get more sales from their existing customers, so they make more profit.

Caroline says “If you want to get more sales and make more profit start by looking after your existing customers. Getting your brand’s customer experience right can be your number one way to differentiate your business from the competition. When you get this right, your existing customers spend more, they buy from you more often and will happily recommend you to others. This means increased sales with less time and effort on marketing, Result? More profit.”

Having spent over 40 years in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry, she shares many lessons and principles which are just as valid in any industry if they really want to stand out from the crowd.

Creating loyalty isn’t about loyalty cards, it’s about creating a culture where everyone in the business is cared for and cares about  delivering a memorable customer experience which is reflected in the actions of everyone in the business.

Caroline has featured in the Global Gurus Top 30 for Hospitality for the past 5 years, and in 2019 listed #13 in the Customer Experience Magazine Top 25 CX Influencers in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the Customer Experience industry.
