Customer Service Qualification

Never under estimate the value your employees place on gaining a qualification

City & Guilds Level 2

For just an additional £25 per person your team can gain a nationally recognised customer service qualification through the UK’s leading vocational awarding body City and Guilds. Finishing the day with this short examination gives each of your team members the opportunity to gain a Level 2 Award in Customer Service delivery.

Giving the option for your team to achieve a qualification:

  • Shows your commitment to your team’s development and confidence in them
    .
  • Provides added motivation for your team in gaining a national accredited qualification; don’t under estimate the value they place on this
    .
  • Give you the confidence they are working to a set standard
    .
  • Give your team a great start towards developing their own skills to whet their appetite for more learning
    .
  • Give your team additional pride in their achievements which will rub off onto the confidence in dealing your customers

Please note

Workshops leading to the qualification must follow a set syllabus to comply with the City & Guilds standard following the ‘Delivering Service Excellence‘ programme, so tailoring to your site will be governed by this.

Due to franchise agreements I am limited to running these programmes in the south east of England only.

For Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism businesses a tailored multiple choice examination is available for just £18 per person, giving the opportunity to gain a People 1st qualification; Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism. This follows the ‘Welcome Host Gold‘  programme (part of the Welcome to Excellence suite of courses) and can be tailored to your region if you wish.
