Giving the option for your team to achieve a qualification:
Workshops leading to the qualification must follow a set syllabus to comply with the City & Guilds standard following the ‘Delivering Service Excellence‘ programme, so tailoring to your site will be governed by this.

For Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism businesses a tailored multiple choice examination is available for just £18 per person, giving the opportunity to gain a People 1st qualification; Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism. This follows the ‘Welcome Host Gold‘ programme (part of the Welcome to Excellence suite of courses) and can be tailored to your region if you wish.
