Coaching packages with one-to-one support from me online start from £297 per month. There is a minimum commitment of three months for any coaching programme.

- Emergency e-mail support for those one-off queries between sessions

This is also a great way to get started on a one off project that you need to get off the ground, but just can’t find the momentum or the right place to start.
- A 2 hour one-to-one session with Caroline to get you focused on where you need to start
- 2 follow-up 30 minutes mentoring calls to help get things implemented
- All phone sessions are recorded and sent to you as an MP3 so you can listen and review to help keep you on track.

A word of warning…………………….
As much as I would love to help you create the service culture that you aspire to own, I can’t make it happen by magic.
I know you know this deep down, but I wouldn’t be able to help you in any way unless I am clear that you understand this. There is no easy way to change your service culture without taking at least some action. A steady team of happy and confident people delivering outstanding customer service isn’t simply down to wishing it will happen, nor is just down to luck. The trick is ensuring the actions you do take are the ones that will give you the biggest impact.
Whichever programme you wish to discuss with me, you have to be aware that I expect you to take action after and during our sessions together … sometimes massive action that means that you find yourself at times being pushed out of your comfort zone.
I’ll be there to support you. I’ll be guide and your mentor. But as much as I can kick your rear in to the right direction, I can’t do it for you. That is up to you!
